Fall Sessions for Dryland Erg Classes Start!

Tuesday Evenings 6:00-7:00 pm                September 14 to October 19th

Outdoor High Intensity Interval Training with Cheryl (16+)

Beginner/Intermediate: fitness training with some rowing workouts. Minimum of 5 required.

 

Wednesday Evenings 5:00-6:00 pm           September 15 to October  20th

Outdoor Erging with with Marian (16+; youth 12+ welcome if accompanied by a parent)

Beginner/Intermediate: Rowing workouts with yoga stretching cool down. Minimum of 5 required.

 

Thursday Evenings 5:00 – 6:00 pm           September 16 to October 21st

Outdoor/Indoor erging with Elaine (16+; youth 12+ welcome if accompanied by a parent)

Beginner/Intermediate: Erging with  yoga stretches. Minimum of 5 required.

 

Tuesday Mornings, 9:00 to 10:00 am       September 14th to October 19th
