Goals for rowing/fitness camps are flexible and may be modified to accommodate individuals. All participants are encouraged to work at their own level.

6-week camps: Cost for the first series of six sessions is $70.  Additional camps are $50 each.  Payment:  cash or cheque at the first session.

EVENING CLASSES

Monday Evenings 6:30-7:30 pm 
High Intensity Interval Training with Cheryl (16+)
Beginner/Intermediate: fitness training with some rowing workouts.
September 23rd to November 4th, 2019 (no class on Thanksgiving)

Wednesday Evenings 6:00-7:00 pm 
Indoor Rowing with Marian (16+; youth 12+ welcome if accompanied by parent)
Beginner/Intermediate: 50 min erg workouts with post workout yoga stretches.
September 25th to October 30th, 2019

Thursday Evenings 5:00-6:00 pm 
Indoor Rowing and Fitness Training with Elaine  (16+; youth 12+ welcome if accompanied by parent)
Beginner/Intermediatea mix of rowing workouts, yoga stretches and fitness activities.
September 19th to October 24th, 2019

Tuesday Mornings with Marian 9:00 to 10:00 am 
Indoor Rowing (minimum 6 participants)
Beginner/Intermediate: 50 min erg workouts with post workout yoga stretches.
October 1st to November 5th, 2019

Thursday Mornings with Cheryl 9:30 to 10:30 am 
High Intensity Interval Training (minimum 6 participants)
Beginner/Intermediate: fitness training with a little bit of weights, some core work as well as some on-land rowing thrown in.
