Goals for rowing/fitness camps are flexible and may be modified to accommodate individuals. All participants are encouraged to work at their own level.

9-week camp – Special morning summer camp
Cost for the series of nine sessions is $75.  Payment:  cash or cheque at the first session.

Thursday Mornings 9:30-10:30 am 
Fitness Training with Cheryl (16+)
Beginner/Intermediate: fitness training with a little bit of weights, some core work as well as some on-land rowing thrown in.
July 4 to August 29, 2019


6-week camp – Late afternoon
Cost for the series of six sessions is $70 for new and $50 for returning participants respectively.  Payment:  cash or cheque at the first session.

Wednesday Evenings 5:00-6:00 pm 
Rowing workouts and Fitness Training with Wendy (16+)
Beginner/Intermediate:  a mix of rowing workouts, yoga stretches and fitness activities.
