Indoor Rowing/Fitness Camps

Next series start the week of January 8, 2018.

Goals for each indoor rowing/fitness camp are flexible and may be modified to accommodate individuals. All participants are encouraged to work at their own level.

6-week camps

Cost for the first series of six classes is $70. Additional camps are $50/series of 6 classes. Payment:  cash or cheque at the first session. PayPal payment can be arranged by special request.

 

Monday Evenings   6:00-7:00 pm

Indoor rowing with Marian (16+;  youth 12+ welcome if accompanied by a parent)

Beginner:  rowing workouts with yoga cool down

January 8 to February 12

 

Tuesday Evenings  6:00-7:00 pm

Indoor rowing and fitness (16+)

Beginner/Intermediate:  rowing workouts and fitness training

January 9 to February 13

 

Thursday Evenings 5:00-6:00 pm

Indoor rowing with Elaine (16+;  youth 12+ welcome)

Beginner/Intermediate:  rowing workouts and fitness training

January 11 to February 15

 

Thursday Evenings 6:30-7:30 pm

High Intensity Interval Training with Cheryl (16+)

Beginner/Intermediate:  fitness training with some rowing workouts

January 11 to February 15

 

Monday and/or Friday Mornings 9:30-10:30 am

High Intensity Interval Training with Cheryl (16+)

Beginner/Intermediate:  fitness training with some rowing workouts

Mondays: Jan 8 to Feb 12;  Fridays:  Jan 12 to Feb 16

 

Wednesday Mornings 5:45-7:00 am

Competitive Indoor Training with Caitlin

Beginner/Intermediate:  erg training for 2018 indoor championships
